Ecological beekeeping
To us, ecological beekeeping means giving bees and their honey the time they need. Our bees build most of the honeycomb themselves and collect nectar of an entire flowering year for their honey supply.
We divide and extract honey in the traditional way: Drop by drop through the force of gravity alone. That’s what makes our honey especially aromatic and nutritious! Drip honey from natural honeycomb is truly rare und treasured by foodies.
